Request Appointment for Telephone Consultation (One or Both Parties)

Please use this form to request a 30-minute telephone consultation. The cost of this service is $25. You may request a telephone consultation for either a single party or for two parties (via teleconference/three-way call). We accept all major credit/debit cards, and payment is requested in advance of your appointment.

The consultation provides an opportunity to ask questions, understand the mediation process, and determine whether you’d like to proceed with mediation. (Please note that New Resolution provides mediation services. We do not provide legal advice, but do provide referral services to independent family law attorneys.)
