Invite Party to Mediation

One party will often identify mediation as a preferred route to resolution while the other remains unsure or unaware of its benefits. In such situations, you may want to tell the other party about mediation yourself (perhaps by pointing him/her to our web site) or schedule a consultation for you both. Alternatively, you may prefer that a mediator invite the other party to mediation.

Please use this form if you’d like a mediator to contact the other party. We’ll first contact you to discuss the situation. Then, if mediation seems appropriate, we’ll draft a customized email or letter of invitation and/or telephone the other party to determine his/her interest in mediation. We’ll then let you know the response.
