Fees
New Resolution is the better way to resolve conflict. We also strive to be the most affordable. For example, we manage our overheads and rely on word-of-mouth referrals rather than expensive advertising. And we make no charge for case administration.
Clients can choose between either our “pay-as-you-go” hourly rate plan or one of our packages of sessions. Our compensation structure is also flexible, allowing you to start with one payment plan and switch to another.
Hourly Rate Plan
$200 per hour ($100 per party per hour for two-party disputes) †
† Fees are assessed in 10-minute increments.
† A party may cancel up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session incur a fee of $100.
† Telephone mediations are toll-free. Additional charges apply for video-conferencing.
Session Package Plans
3-Session Package (7½ hours): $1200 ‡
5-Session Package (12½ hours): $1900 ‡
‡ Each session is typically 2 hours 30 minutes.
‡ A party may cancel up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session incur a fee of $100.
Supplemental Location Charge (Optional)
Mediation sessions in our San Francisco office incur no location charge. Sessions in one of our satellite locations incur a charge (from $95 to $125 per session in most cases) depending on location, day (weekday/weekend), and time (before/after business hours).
Payment
Parties may pay by cash, check, credit card, ATM/debit card, or electronic transfer. Please note, a 2% processing charge applies to cedit card, ATM/debit card, and electronic transfers.
